Work was performed in under the time explained to me. Waite time was minumal. They even washed and vacuumed my filthy vehicle. Good experience with a great dealership. Highly recommended.

I scheduled an appt for 5k service and to check my faulty horn. When I arrived, my normal service advisor (Aaron McBride) was out with a family illness, which is totally understandable. I was quickly helped by other advisors and asst. service managers, which is also great. However, I was told it would take a week to honk my horn and find out if it is faulty (it is...), then who knows how long to order a part, check if it's under extended warranty coverage, and fix it. Frustrated, I just bought the part from the parts department and will fix it myself. FYI, the parts department also won't price match other Ford dealerships, which is interesting. All in all, everybody was friendly, but not super helpful, which is the opposite of how things seem when my advisor I've used for years is available. This is probably why Aaron has won so many Advisor of the Year awards... I'll be back, but not to fix the horn...
