The Courtesy and Professionalism Andrew Shannon has is second to none when it comes to customer service at Grapevine Ford. Andrew is extremely polite, and you can always tell he genuinely cares about the customer and/or the vehicle issues. Treat Andrew good because you definitely have a keeper !!! Very professional. Went above and beyond by having the team clean the whole car v justvthe drivers seat. The seat warmer was on when I got in so I didnt get cold. Nice touch.

The service received by your facility was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. After your incompetent service department had my $85,000 Navigator for an entire month, they were only able to fix 3/6 issues. I still have to come back for another encounter to have one of the items fixed. I will never buy another Ford product again and will make sure everyone I know hears about my terrible experience at your dealership.
