This was my first visit to Grapevine Ford ever. Bryan did a great job greeting me and listening to the concerns I had in regards to a couple of TSBs I wanted to have completed on my F150. I explained to Brian that I wanted the PCM reprogram to fix an oil consumption issue I had been concerned about. Brian got my truck in quickly and later updated me that there was a newer TSB that includes a free oil change! I appreciate Brian’s professionalism and no B.S. answers to my questions. I usually get mild anxiety any time I go in for service repairs. Not today. It’s great to see employees working in Service that are educated and professional. Usually the Sales dept are over the top but Service dept lacks in comparison. Not the case here at all. I will be coming back for future service and will consider buying a new vehicle through Grapevine Ford based off of my experience today. Thank you.

First, Eddie Sauceda was not a part of any communication with myself and Grapevine Ford, my comments are in regard to Jody McPhail and how we have been treated. This is the third time we have had Jody as a Service Consultant and I am extremely irritated with the professionalism that she showed with me on Friday and honestly in the past.
I have had to call her to receive updates each time, dealt with ongoing issues tied to service on our vehicle since October of last year. It has been a return each time with something of what we believe is either really bad timing or something stemming off of bad visits and issues caused by whatever job was performed. The latest was our Sync System where I dropped off with an issue where the system was delayed in button presses, no GPS, etc. (a well known Ford issue with APIM) to pickup to the system not even powering on. When I went back in to Jody, she stated, “it is random and just might be that way without the repair. It may work when you go back out there.” In the first place, certain a result of an upgrade to the system that happened last time we had it in for service.
The other previous issue with the AC blower, another wide known issue that still has not been addressed by Ford. I have declined the fix in hopes ford will issue a recall and also the fact that I can resolve on my own when I have the time. Just irritated that wide known issues affecting more than just myself are turned a blind eye to to make a little cash.
We are done coming to Grapevine Ford and will service elsewhere but the fact that we were constantly put off and delayed by your staff, not communicated with in a timely manner, backups in certain departments that cause delays and having to keep our vehicle longer than expected, and the fact that the issues I am experiencing are talked about widely on the internet that may also lead me to not purchasing another Ford.
I am not sure if I am more irritated with Jody McPhail, Grapevine Ford or Ford in general, just a bad experience over the past year with a 4 year old vehicle that I work hard week in and week out to make payments on. I should not be encountering the issues that I am having and also a $10k recommended maintenance on the vehicle.
No need to reach out, moving on.

Pete is always friendly and professional. He takes care of my truck as if it were his own. I fully trust his opinion and value his service.
Very disappointed with the service today.
-car was driven over 6 miles
-I had stuff in the trunk and it was thrown all over the place, meaning someone drove it fast and hard.
-the A/C and radio were on full blast, also on a radio station that I don't listen to
-the car still veers off so the alignment still needs work.
-Laura was fine, she did her job and was courteous
