Tyler is an outstanding Service Writer. He is very knowledgeable, and always listens carefully so that he understands the problem(s) with your vehicle. It is a pleasure to have him as my Service Writer. He goes the extra mile to keep his customers informed and makes every effort in addition to the aforementioned to satisfy his customers and make them happy. He is an asset to the dealership and the service department. I would highly recommend him and the dealership to anyone.
As usual, Aaron McBride and a service team did a terrific job of taking care of our 2013 Ford Edge. When we put it into the shop for service, he told us it wouldn’t be a couple of days before it was ready and sure enough; it was. Aaron is a great communicator and told us how the process would work. We also enjoyed the complementary car wash right before we picked it up. Keep up the great work guys!

Aaron McBride never fails to impress! He has pretty much single-handedly won me back to your dealership! I'm sure you know the value of excellent service and my three encounters with Aaron in Service have all been 5 star! We don't like having vehicle problems but when we do, it's nice to be treated as your employees like to be treated. Give that man a raise!!
