Pete was very helpful and kept me informed of the progress of the work being performed on my vehicle.
The service team worked together helping me to get my State inspection to pass. The battery had died while parked a few months while I was driving a Taurus. I was not aware that the sensors reset and the car needed to be driven several miles to respond on the tester for inspection.
My third trip had all sensors responding and passed the test. Each visit I got polite and timely action from Christopher, I’ll be back to service the Taurus when it needs completed.
The service center was swamped. Somehow Chris was able to get us in and out quickly. I will return.
Aaron is the best service advisor ever at ford that I have ever come into contact with. He is honest and accommodating. He is kind and easy to talk to. You all should take him out to lunch.
