Pete was so kind. Knowing that my husband had surgery and couldn’t drive, Pete helped me out by driving my vehicle to my office so I could get both cars home at the end of the workday. Although the work was delayed waiting for a part he communicated regularly and was apologetic when a late delivery added another day. Kind, helpful and communicative. Great qualities equals great service equals grateful customer. Thank you Pete!

Mr Roshell makes me feel like a VIP! Even after I had to defer my service for a week, due to my job, he remembered my vehicle and wasted no time getting it into the queue, serviced, and out the door. He calls me with updates, so I don’t have to call and wait on hold. I hope you have someone learning from Mr Roshell, because when (not if) he moves up, that person will have some big shoes to fill.

I came in last October to fix the check engine light which was an intake manifold. I was told that was back ordered but there was a part in stock that would fix it instead of that. So that part was put on after you had my truck for 5 days and I paid over $500 for a rental car. This still did not fix the check engine issue and was told that we still needed to get the intake manifold which was still backordered but hopefully it would come in November And when it came in I would get compensated the labor and just have to pay for the part. So February rolls around my registration is now due on my truck and I go to get an inspection and it will not pass inspection due to the check engine light being on. So I called last week trying to get somebody on the phone in your service department or to call me back finally after five days of trying Aaron called me back and got it straightened out in a matter of days. Apparently the part was sitting there in your parts department nobody called me but he found it and we got it put in and the only thing that I got for compensation to this point was free labor on that part which was fine. I definitely do understand the parts situation going on in the world right now so I wasn’t that mad but I did not get any kind of communication and even now I’m getting my registration about six weeks late. And I put two parts on my truck one of which I really didn’t even need to get to the issue fixed so I guess the first visit is what I’m irritated about the latest visit the last week with Aaron was just fine. I’m about $2000 deep into a check engine light that should’ve been fixed with about $750 and no rental car. Because he put the part that I got in today on in about two hours and I did not have to get a rental car.
I greatly appreciate Heath’s customer service. He is very helpful and keeps me at ease in discussing matters about my cars.

My truck was not washed!! All the cars were delivered washed mine wasn’t every dealer I go for oil change they wash my truck I’m very disappointed
