I always get great service at Grapevine Ford. I'm not sure how long I will keep this truck. I still have two more years till it's paid off. Considering I am 70 years old, it may be the last vehicle I will have. Will cross that road when I get there.

I am concerned about the 3 hour 45 minute oil change time. I understand that Lincoln is having to wait for Ford customers service. This is a concern for future sales and services.

While your service on my escape was great, my only complaint is your lot is too crowded there is no room for customers to park...my ride home almost had to drive down the service road the Chevron station to wait for me to be sure my car was done. There are new trucks parked along the side of the drive, not to mention all the cars on the other side of the bay. How there aren't any accidents is a mystery. You need to either move to another location that is bigger or have most of your stock moved to the lot on Freeport pkwy where my suv was when I bought it. To be truthful, I am considering going to another dealership for my service because of the congestion in your lot
