I was completely satisfied w Josh’s service and I expect he did all he could to insure my truck was serviced properly. I am concerned over the amount of time to get a service tech to inspect my truck and would State I know the amount of vehicles in front of mine is out of his control.

I was completely satisfied until I waited 30-45 minutes for my car to be retrieved from the service department. After repeatedly inquiring about the whereabouts of my vehicle, I was told they had misplaced my keys. No one seemed interested in assisting me until I was upset.

Pete Roshell is the absolute best! He got my vehicle fixed in about 10 minutes! Ruth Ann set new up with a great loaner but I had to return it because Pete fixed my car in record time. Both are fantastic!
