Jody is amazing and the reason I keep coming back! She is totally transparent and quick to reasond. In a world where you can sometimes feel like a number, when it comes to big companies I gladly fight the traffic from Saginaw to Grapevine to get the service I have received over the last month on both my scheduled visits!
