Laura was my service advisor. When I showed up for my 10am appointment I didn’t see Laura. Another service advisor helped me and got my truck put in the system. My promised time for my truck to be ready was 12:15. I called at 1:00 to get a status because no one called me. Representative said all advisors were busy and she would get me a callback. Instead of waiting, I drove back up to the dealership. My truck was being pulled up and I walked inside. Still no Laura. The same gentleman helped get me checked out. He was supposed to pull my truck up so that it was ready to go while I paid. I came out, my truck was in the same spot when I walked in. So I got in my truck and left. No one seen me leave. Then at 1:38 Laura calls me to tell me that all went well with my truck....and that my keys were on her desk and my truck was ready to be picked up. I was home by the time I got her call. Kinda a bad feeling to know she didn’t even notice my keys weren’t there or let alone my 30,000 truck was gone. Have to say I’m very dissatisfied.

At first my appointment wasn’t on the service departments books . It was under the lead guys name . All went well and my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner . Thank-you .
