I am extremely disappointed in my experience with your service department. I am in the industry so I am very understanding and patient when I am on the customer side of things and I was still amazed at how poor of an experience it was. I have actually never filled out a survey in my life until now but I am so frustrated that I felt the need to do this one. I also spoke to the main receptionist and left a message for the General Manager to reach out to me and gave my name and number to express my frustration. I have not received a call. I know that there is a lot going on in the country right now and our industry has been impacted with a lot of stress and unknown so I am not at all upset or frustrated that I have not heard from your GM yet since I know he probably has a lot on his plate.

Pete is the best. He differs from others. He will go out in a rain storm to get your car car pulled up for you. He also keeps me updated.

You fixed a sunroof on a three row old truck with 60,000 miles it cost me $1000 for a piece of plastic I hardly ever use my sunroof no I’m not satisfied with the Ford product

The service was fine. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the crowded, cluttered and messy parking lot. Trying to get to the service area was like running a gauntlet. At one point I had about six inches of clearance on both sides because of parked vehicles. Also it's the middle of March and the parking lot is full of leaves that have been there for at least three months.
Bryan is the best customer service advisor that works at Grapevine Ford. Helpful, knowledgeable, professional and efficient.
Jody called and gave me several updates about my vehicle, including offering to get us a rental vehicle.

In addition to everything else, whoever trst drove my car sat in it with dirty sweaty pants and there is now a sweat stain on my seat.
