The service department has great customer service but i was not happy that the wheel weights fell off due to the tech not cleaning the dirt off the wheels before sticking the weights on.

Took a day to see my truck even after an agreed upon appointment. Not Jody's fault.Her responsiveness was great. When I pulled in, no one greeted me or guided me through the crowded lanes.1st time at Grapevinee Ford. It seemed difficult to the service advisor I found that my appointment was not "assigned too" them.

Aaron did a great job, as did the techs, I’m sure. One thing that surprised me was that you don’t seem to have a system for knowing where a vehicle is. I had to come back the day I left my truck and no one had any idea where my truck was, other than “somewhere in the back, so you are welcome to drive around and find it, which ended up taking 10-15 minutes. Because it was in the Toyota overflow. Then, today when I came to pick it up, again no one seemed to know where it was , other than “maybe out front”, so Aaron and I walked around in the rain trying to find it, then it turns out it was in the back. Again, took about 10-15 minutes to find my truck. I think you need some sort of system to know where vehicles are.
