Service advisor was rude. No introduction. Didn't know her name. Extremely combative and not helpful or friendly. I will never step foot in your dealership nor will I purchase anything from you. There are other dealerships in town that will gladly accept my business. As I'm in the service industry and meet people daily.. I will definitely tell them not to visit your facility for service or sales. If your people don't want to be working during these difficult times then they shouldn't be there. It was clear in her attitude and demeanor.

My oil change was fast..... The waiting area comfortable and pleasant. Counter with outlets for my IPad.... And tv with comfortable seating. It's always great having my car serviced at Grapevine Ford... I couldn't be more pleased!

Hard to believe that a leaking cooling stem leak isn’t covered by my Ford or extended warranty. Also hard to believe I had to pay $75 just to have it looked at. I knew there was a leak but I was charged just to have that confirmed. I was also told that to have the hose changed and all of the other things added on it was gong to cast me $700. I fixed the leak with a $20 O ring and a YouTube video. You can probably tell I am not happy or satisfied.
