No one bothered to call me to let me know that my car was ready to be picked up. When I called at 1540 to find out why it was taking so long & get a time estimate for completion I was told the car was done and the service dept. was closing at 1600. Unlessy I could be there before that I would be unable to get my car til Monday. The unprofessional conduct of the Quick Lube service area was totally unacceptable. They were all gone when I got there at 1605. Fortunately, they had left the keys & a bill at the front desk. It would have been nice if thewoman I spoke with had bothered to tell me about that.certainly not the level of service I am used to at Grapevine Cord.
I had asked for my transmission fluid to b changed. My son n law spoke w him and we wanted it done. Understanding that my mileage was 131,000. When I picked up my car it had not been done. So now I will need to make another trip to somewhere else to get that done because it wasn’t done at the same time as everything else and your dealership won’t do it.

Was told by Andrew he was going to not charge us for fixing the driver side window “out of the kindness of his heart” because that was the fourth time the vehicle has been in the shop for the same problem on the driver side window. Spoke to the manager in the service center and he provided us with great customer service.
Service good and Pete earned 5 stars, but the Ford product is not good. I grew up on Ford’s and so did my Dad. My first truck was a 1973. This F250 king ranch appear to be a weakling. Seriously having to pay a grand for a new DEF tank and heater at only 25k miles is not fair. That will make some interesting conversation among my personal and business circles. Truck looks good on showroom floor, but can pull hat of my head on the farm and ranch. Yes I actually do own a ranch where your Ford KING RANCH is supposed to work. Oh well, I can use it to go get groceries. Ford should stand behind its products and help those of us that have been loyal to the brand. I brought the truck in because of the COVID19 crisis to try and support my local dealer with some business.
Look me up in your system, I purchased my last new truck from you and it might be my last.
