I felt like Andrew was extremely masochistic towards me. I 100% wanted my car fixed my grapevine ford after moving here and have always trusted ford dealerships with my car. I until I dealt with Andrew. I brought my car in got my diagnostic done and was unable to afford the repair with y’all because of everything going on currently. After paying the diagnostic fee and deciding to tAke my car elsewhere Andrew was extremely unprofessional to me. He stopped answering my calls when I needed to come get my car towed out. I had to show up in person and found him at his desk with no customers. He said he has been “busy with customers and it was my fault since I declined services from you” I’m also still a paying customer who deserved as much attention, and was just trying to remove my car from your lot as soon as I could. I literally left your lot crying because he made me feel so small for not being able to afford the dealership rates for this repair, and doing what was best for me at this time.

Aaron has always been a blessing. He continues to provide amazing service and he is the only one I trust my vehicle with. Aaron is extremely consistent in his follow up calls every day and provides very detailed explanations of progress. Even if there hasn't been any progress, due to waiting on parts or waiting on a bay spot, he will be open and honest and say it like it is. I will always prefer Aaron. He is top notch!! ????
