I provided a credit card over the phone so my invoice was paid in full so my wife could pick up my vehicle without having to deal with paying. My credit card information was taken over the phone, but never processed. I ended up having to pay when I showed up to get the vehicle.

I was informed that certain repairs were required to start the vehicle, which later turned out false as I questioned the service rep. The whole prep was was misleading and unprofessional. When I called again to speak with a service manager, the assistant refused the transfer.
