Andrew was fantastic to work with. After 2 very poor experiences in a row at Grapevine Ford, I was planning to not return under any circumstance. Due to warranty work, I was forced to come back to the dealership. Andrew has completely changed my mind. He was easy to work with, accommodating, knowledgeable, and easily accessible any time I had a question. He took care of all of my needs. Thanks to Andrew, I’ll be bringing my Ford back to Grapevine Ford more often.
