I have only brought my truck into the grapevine dealership for my maintenance. I have been very fortunate to have worked with Jody on a couple of these times, she is fantastic!!

It took a full day for the service department to understand the recall repair that was needed, when I discussed that recall when the appointment was made. Husband expressly asked for the 49.99 oil change, yet the booster was added. Service representative said that the oil booster charge would be taken care of, but we were still charged the wrong price. Only after we explained the problem again were we discounted the oil booster and still weren’t given the coupon price. Part still had to be ordered for delivery on 3rd day.

Andrew did a wonderful job. He was attentive to all our requests especially those related to our concerns about Coronavirus and worked with us to alleviate those concerns. He was also excellent in communicating with us and suggesting diagnostics that would discover or eliminate possible problems. We are very happy and pleased with the customer care he provided

While Miguel was very nice & good at communicating with us.....I have to say the technician who worked on our car, wasted our whole day. Freon wasn’t put in Like we had been told it was at first pick up try & A/C was blowing hot air as we drove off. We immediately returned car saying A/C STILL wasn’t fixed! Obviously technician had no attention to detail & no quality control measures are in place by service dept to verify problems ARE INDEED fixed. Not acceptable. Also - Felt $564 was outrageous for such a simple Solution of replacing pressure valve & freon. Had to wait 10+ minutes for cashier to walk check over to Ford dealership to deposit - b/c No check processing machine in Lincoln dealership. AGAIN Not acceptable. You have MANY elderly customers that drive/buy Lincoln’s & write checks, as old school as that is! We Returned several hours later to pick up car AGAIN. Not the experience we hoped for & We will definitely think twice about doing service there again....

Great customer service and constant communication on the progress of my vehicle. They were quick and my car looked great when I Picked it up. Love the fact they supply a Lyft to take me to work and pick me up. Thank you
