Pete was great! My overall experience not so much. I had a 4 hour wait for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. I might be seeking another quick lane location in the future. Thankfully my dog groomer was ok with me picking up my dog late, after they closed for the day.

I did not like the service techs answers or service so I talked to the manager the manager escalated and then sent me right back to the same technician. This is the third time I’ve had a bad experience with this company I will not bring my business back there ever.

My car has sat in service for 6 months waiting on a part to come in and they won’t do anything to make it right. They refuse to get me a rental or even price match another service my car needs while it sits there. Terrible customer service.
