Pete is the best Service Writer that you have on your staff. Pete is honest and caring. He provides the most outstanding service. I feel the best place to get my vehicle serviced is Grapevine Ford by trained Ford Technicians. I do not trust the quick lube places. Thanks to Pete and all the shop folks for a great experience as always.

Robert (Bob) Leininger was completely professional, listening to my concerns and feedback. Some items listed in the technician’s recommendations we’re deferred, simply because he was unfamiliar with my vehicle history. Bob instructed service department to perform only the items I requested. Thank you for your professionalism. As a former Master Certified Sales Representative for Ford, through my former employment with a Houston area Lincoln Dealership way back in 2003, I appreciate Bob’s service.
