Andrew is a MORON and therefore treats his clients (me) like I have 0 brain cells. I have been fighting with an issue for over 3 months and I've attempted to be polite about the issue because it's not an easy find. However, I 100% know what the problem is now - passenger side exhaust manifold is leaking. But, he blames everything under the sun as the reason I'm down on gas mileage and power. I've paid thousands of dollars of my own money chasing down this issue and I FINALLY found the problem. I bring it in and both Andrew the tech refuse to listen to reason. Then, worse yet. I receive the truck back on Friday and the Air Conditioner isn't working. So I immediately get Andrew back out and he starts playing with the dials and settings, trying to get it working. Then he tells me that's just normal. I need to go drive it around and it will start working. That's just the way it is. Nothing is wrong. You know what's REALLY funny? My wife almost smacked him as he's telling me that I'm stupid for thinking my AC isn't working now. You know what's even worse? MY AC WASNT WORKING AND I COULD PROVE IT AND YOUR REP STILL WOULDNT LISTEN!!!!!!! I ended up going somewhere else and they found that the high pressure sensor is having an issue. And when codes were pulled they ALSO found the EXACT issue that I stated to both Andrew and your technician - underboost issue - passenger side exhaust manifold is leaking. So not only did I have to listen to Andrew telling me that I'm too stupid to own a vehicle and that I have 0 clue about how my vehicle operates and behaves, but then I am subsequently proven correct by someone who actually knows how to do their job. The ONLY reason I'm providing 2 stars is because I have had a couple of issues fixed, but I'm always treated like I know nothing. Even when the items are fixed under warranty, and I've proven that I know what I'm talking about, I am still treated as though I'm too stupid to operate a vehicle or that the air I breathe is wasted because I simply exist. I'm sick and tired of knowing more than your service advisors and technicians, and being treated in an inexcusable manner. The ONLY way for Grapevine to remediate this issue is to completely reimburse me for the parts and labor that I'm now out because your advisor and technicians refused to properly do their job.

I dropped by car off about 8:35 for Zactec and an oil change. I was told it’d be ready about 1. At 2:30, 6 hours later it was still incomplete. The advisor was not to be found for about that last 30 minutes so I had to find someone else to retrieve my car, of which the Zactec work was still incomplete. The other advisor did attempt to make it right with a free detailing.

Andrew was great!! However, back in October when I bought my truck and then this time when I called in to talk to someone in service, your *entire* phone system was down. Since it has happened to me both times I had business with Grapevine Ford seven months apart, these are not isolated incidents. This is not how a major dealership conducts itself with regards to its phones. Shoddy.

Darrin, has been doing all he can, I am pleased with him. However this man hasn’t even received approval from Ford to start the repairs on my car and it’s been almost 3 weeks since it’s been at the dealer. Darrin has kept me updated and has great communication however the process is preventing him from doing his job.

Exceptional! Bob Leininger is always there to take care of my Lincoln mkx. I followed him from Lincoln side to Ford service side because of his exceptional customer service! Always a great experience ! Can always depend on him!

The service was fine, mostly just disappointed that I wasn’t told about the cost to program the new key. I had to pay $200 for a new key, and then when I arrived for it to get cut and programmed I was then told it would be another $150, for it to get cut and programmed. Had I known it would cost that much I might have gone a different route, but I was already in for the $200, I felt trapped and forced to shill out another $150. That should have been explained up front. If I ordered and paid for tires, then come in to get them installed I would expect that cost to already be taken care of, not then added on later.

Pete was amazing and very responsive, on top of every aspect of what was needed with a positive friendly attitude. I have had over 10 different vehicles including Lexus and Porsche and by far, Pete has been the best service adviser and experience I have had.
