Lack of helpfulness on solving issues I had scheduled for the appointment. Lack of response on completion of truck when finished. I will request a different service advisor if I decide to continue to use Grapevine Ford.

You should be able to give customers a little more updates on where their vehicle is when you’re working on them But overall Robert did a good job and I’m satisfied with the job that was done my air-conditioning works great for how old the car is I will be seeing you soon Doug
