I brought the truck in for some warranty repair but I had to keep asking for updates. The truck was left without any work done for days and I had to push the dealership to communicate with the warranty company multiple times. When I sent an email with all the parties involved to try to streamline the communication, I was removed from the email communication. Overall I’m hoping that this isn’t a normal experience.

Alfredo kept me updated thru whole process of the service thru text and did not have to wait longer than what was told it would take. Very pleased with service and got a car wash as well. Had a horrible experience at Five Star Ford so did not want to go back there. So happy to have Grapevine Ford.
