I don’t understand how you make an appointment for a particular day but you don’t look at it for 2 days after it is dropped off. And not offer a loaner! Who can be without a car for 2 days?! It makes no sense to me how y’all feel that is good customer service.

Tyler was great, but when I got home in sunlight, it didn’t look clean in several areas...inside panels and front window smeared....car could have been more clean. The Ford garage is too dark to see thoroughly.
