The service advisor confused my service appt with another and was mentioning the sunroof when I have no sunroof. I was unhappy that I cannot schedule a specific day to have my truck recall addressed. Svc advisor said I would have to drop it off and they would get to it in a few days. Also, they did not refill my windshield wiper fluid when I got my oil change. I have had other bad experiences here and will no longer be taking my truck to Grapevine Ford got service, even though it is only a few miles from my house. Poorly run service department .
