Tyler Jacques’s is a model employee! He set the standard on how I believe customers should be treated. Both very professional and able to be personal as well. Took care of me and I’m sure everyone else he has had as well. Employee of the month vote from me! Give this man a raise! I’ll drive the extra miles to make it to Grapevine. I’ll be requesting Tyler Jacquess every time I come back to Grapevine Ford. Great experience.

My car sat in service for 6 months and nothing got done until I started being pushy. It seems you only get treated properly if you’re aggressive or else they walk all over you and leave you without your car for 6 months
