Laura has been amazing since the first time I met her. Unfortunately- during service back in February damage was incurred on the vehicle which was just fixed due to covid I didn’t feel comfortable going back for the repairs. Laura did everything she could to keep me 100 % satisfied. Only for this reason - would I bring my vehicle back to this dealership. She is a true gem and a valuable employee to Ford.

When I got the vehicle back it had black hand prints on both sides of the front. Also on both door handles and steering wheel. And it smelled like oil inside.

Andrew was very professional and kept me informed of status on my repairs. Unfortunately, Andrew was not working the day that I picked up my truck and It took one hour , as they could not find my truck and it was parked directly across from the service bay.

My keys were miss placed and left in another vehicle. I was able to get my car, because I had a spare. My service was performed on Friday; I still don’t have my key. I would have also liked to have been informed about the recall on my antilock breaks and given the opportunity to have the service performed while my car was at the dealership. Now I have to come in for a third time (when I came in the first time the part they needed was back ordered), both to get my key and to have the antilock break issue addressed.
