Aaron provided the kind of service on my two Escapes that I have come to expect from Grapevine Ford. Whether they realize it or not, those involved with customer service have an impact on the sales volume of a dealership. The sales transaction takes one day while service is for the life of a vehicle. Customers will pay slightly more for a product if they know they will receive superior service.

Miguel is very courteous, knowledgeable and has tried to help in every way to find the problem with our Nautilus. Even though the problem has not been located yet.
Andrew was great nothing wrong on his part! But I have not even made one payment on my car yet and I’m already paying for things to be fixed... seems like these things should have been done before the car was sold to me.

You had my car for two and a half weeks and all you did was remove a nail out of the tire. Ridiculous! The other two issues I brought it in for, a ticking noise in my engine, and the clear coat peeling off of my passenger door, apparently can't be fixed there. I was told the ticking noise is normal for the 5.0 engine and you don't do paint work there at the dealership. Why didn't he tell me that when I first brought the car in? Instead he kept my car for 2 and 1/2 weeks just to fix the other issue which was the tire. Pulling a nail out and patching it. Two and a half weeks. Also the car is only 2 years old so it's ridiculous that the clear coat is peeling off of my door. Nowhere else on the car is it coming off, just the passenger door.
Tyler was the best, very nice and courteous! I will ask for him from now on!
We love tyler. And every touch experience at. Graievine Ford. I apologize I was late last week bringing my truck in and I got there just before the closing. They bend over backwards to help me with the car to drive while my truck was in the parts department. Also tyler texted me back immediately with every request. Thank you. I’ll be back in the next month so I can buy my parents a truck
