I came for a recall only to be told their was a flaw in the software update. I felt they should have known that in advance. So my appointment accomplished nothing.

Overall it was ok, I worked with Mark who was a mentee I believe. I usually work with Pete and his costumer service is well beyond supreme, so I guess working with someone new you feel like they aren’t as good. Just the way information was given and not having the knowledge on situations. I just wasn’t that impressed. I feel like when ever I use and advisor I don’t get as good of service as I do using the quick service people.
