Jason did a great job. $250 to just clean out a sun roof drain problem is crazy high though. You should revisit that pricing.
Service was good.
I arrived at 9:18am for my 9:30am appointment. Aaron said the oil change would take an hour and a half. At 11am, I asked his trainee Mark for an update. No response. At 11:18 am I discovered my car still in a line not far from where I had left it upon arrival, still sitting with supposedly a lot of vehicles ahead of it. My whole morning plus a gallon & a half of gas was wasted! So what’s the purpose of my picking a date/time slot for the service online when it won’t be gotten to fof at least 2 hours and who knows how much longer? I had to take it elsewhere.
The Service Advisor was great, however the technician was not. I caught him driving and reving my car. I asked him why he was doing that and he lied straight to my face. It’s highly unprofessional and now I don’t trust that won’t happen again.
Alfredo always provides exceptional service when I bring in my Ford. I always look forward to seeing his smiling face!
