Andrew was awesome and I am very pleased with the service. He explained to me in detail the results of the inspection on my vehicle’s suspension and told me what I could do to remedy the issue I was having. I have been here before with a different vehicle and y’all have always been great.

Ended up getting a second opinion on my AC system and turns out it was a simple $100 fix versus the $1500 repair I was initially told that I needed by Grapevine Ford. All it took was freon instead of an entirely new compressor that I was told I needed.

I had a new car detail package in addition to normal service. The detail Kobe was done very poorly, but Miguel did a great job taking care of it. Excellent customer service from his end.

I had an appointment at 10:30 to have my battery checked and tires inspected before leaving on a trip. Everything checked out fine except a nail in one tire. Vehicle was not ready until about 1:15. If I have a scheduled appointment I don’t think that I should have to wait that long. I was told that my vehicle didn’t get into the shop until 12:30. Why was there a two hour wait if I had a scheduled appointment?
