I made an appointment for Tuesday morning early. There was a Lyft fiasco. Then I had to fight to get the problem that I brought my vehicle in for looked at. As of late Thursday it hadn’t been looked at for anything. I’ve had basically no updates. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience.

Everyone was very helpful and professional.
Jody did an exellent job making sure all of my concerns were adressed despite a very un client focused service department model. If not for her my vehicle would have been out of service for close to 2 weeks for a very minor repair. I work in this industry and may have higher expectations than most but the way your service department operates is inefficient and outdated by any standard. After the experience i had with warranty repairs at your facility i would not return as a paying customer.
