Aaron was great he stayed in constant contact and was very professional. My disappointment cam with pick up of the vehicle. After paying for the vehicle which took quite some time due to computer issues the cashier said that the car would be pulled around for my wife to get my wife waited outside for 15 minutes noticing that her car was parked with 2 other cars blocking it as she walked towards it she told a service runner that she had been waiting and that this was her car which was blocked and clearly had not been washed as the receipt said. She waited another 30 minutes just to get the car total time for pick up was 1 hour.
It is always a pleasure to interact with Andrew. His communication is complete and timely. At no point was I unclear of the status of our vehicle repair. He is the ultimate professional with a great personality and is always respectful.
Went in for flat tire to be put back on and was told it would take 20min. It took about an hour.
yes I understand that Andrew Hanaan Cares to give feedback onwas taking care of my vehicle as a service actually assistant service manager which all of your service advisors are assistant service managers which is kind of weird but my vehicle wasn’t ready when he called me I had to reach out to the service manager because no one after leaving multiple messages with called me back and the service manager told me know he has to reach out to Kyle who rep to finish my process of getting my vehicle finished I am highly unsatisfied with the Grapevine Ford service it doesn’t seem like anyone would like to give customers a call back in a timely manner
Dodge is the Best run dealership. I plan to buy my next car here. I have a Ford Transit and will never go to the Grapevine dealership again. They don’t know what they are doing and wasted a lot of my time.

Jody was an amazing help! One critique I would give is to the the service bay people more helpful. I parked my car in the service bay and stood next to my car in the service bay for 10 minutes before I went into some salesman’s office and asked him what should I do. He was able to help me and direct me to Jody. After that Jody was a great help! Obviously me waiting for 10 minutes has nothing to do with Jody’s great service. That being said policy needs to change and I should have never waited 10 minutes in the service bay for me to find someone to help me. This is my Fiancé’s car, I drove a BMW and I have never waited more than 30 seconds in a service bay, let alone 10 minutes.
