On more than one occasion I've texted and called trying to learn when my car would be ready.The car was dropped off 8/17 12:30 p.m. It's 8/21 9:10 p.m. and I have received no response to my questions.

I dropped my truck off like two weeks ago and it’s not looking like I’ll have it back until the end of next week. I understand there can be uncontrollable delays but the guys knew that the tracks for the passenger seat were going to be replaced since Memorial Day so it could have been ordered two months ago. And it hasn’t even been to the body shop. Several people could have dropped the ball but I’m trying to pick up chicks in my ford raptor And not a Ford Explorer soccer mom car.
I will return for future service needs. Thank you Andrew. Bill and Tonya.

So glad Bob Leininger has moved back to the Lincoln service side. Its much more pleasant to deal with. I followed Bob to the Ford service side and he is only reason I stayed there. Thankfully he has made to move back to Lincoln ! He is always there with a smile and takes great care of my MKX. A pleasure to come into Lincoln Service and know my vehicle is in good hands!

Five Star Ford is 5 minutes from my house, but I drive 25 minutes to Grapevine Ford because of Aaron. He is focused, professional, courteous and gets things done. Aaron does not pressure - sell services on me (which would cause you to lose me as a customer immediately, BTW), but simply informs me, gives me a professional opinion and lets me decide. I appreciate that. You guys better pay him well, lest your competitors steal him away.!

It took a week before they were able to start working on my Ford. My car sat on their lot for a week after we brought the car in on the day we had a reservation. After that, the service was very good. In all, it almost took a month to repair my car.
Bob Leininger provided excellent advice and service. All aspects of the service were good. Thank you.
Jody provides us with excellent service.
From drop-off to pick-up, the service staff at Grapevine Ford was superb. I will most definitely be continuing to service my vehicle here.
