I had a scheduled appointment. It took a week before my car was looked at and it took only a few hours to diagnose and replace a valve so my AC worked properly. I did not enjoy driving a Focus rental in the meantime. I was so anxious to get my car back i skipped the complimentary car wash. Tighten up your scheduling and promise to evaluate and repair promptly.
Jodi is service was great to deal with, but whoever checked out my daughter's vehicle as part of the "multi-point" inspection that included the tires. He recommended the tires be changed out because treads were "borderline", but failed to see the uneven wear indicating alignment was badly off. I could see the steel through the inside of one of the tires, so a bad miss on the technicians part.
Bob was kind and made everything easy
