Now Andrew Shannon ****, lost our key, plus was rude didn’t returned any calls or keep us up dated. Andrew is very unprofessional he also ain’t no business person either very rude to his customers plus needs to be demoted, to washing cars or needs more training on business because u are post to take care of your customers, he is very unprofessional. We have bought 8 vehicles from Grapevine Ford never been treated this way. Pete needs to be giving a bonus or a raise because he is very professional & great with all customers. Pete always takes care of us very well, & no complaints. Pete redeemed our bad experience & goes above plus beyond.
