Miguel was super nice but the technician never reset the oil light so now I’m not sure if the oil was really changed, I had a check engine light on and this is the second time I’ve brought it in for this issue and once again the codes were reset and I don’t understand why it can’t or won’t be fixed instead it’s just reset

When I called to set an appointment, no one was available to talk to me, they said someone would call me. No one ever did, I finally made an appointment on the Lincoln app on my phone the following day. The car was picked up on time by the valet, but when they called around 6 pm to say they were getting ready to return the car, we waited until 7:45 pm, finally got another call saying they couldn’t find a driver so they would need to keep the car overnight. When the car was returned, they had charged our credit card for the oil change even though we had purchased a service contract that covered all oil changes. I made sure to mention this when I made the appointment. When I called the dealership about this I spent 10 minutes on hold only to be told that no one was available to talk to me but they would give an “urgent” message to the service department to return my call. Still waiting for a call almost 24 hours later...

Vehicle arrived before 10am. Had to call at 4:50pm to find out what was going on with the car. The recall repair had not even begun.

I brought my Ford Escape in for a recall on my locks. Jody Mcphail took care of me....She was awesome!! Super friendly, kind, caring & above all great Custer service!!! She met me at my arrival time when I dropped off my car, & kept me up-to-date on text messages when my car would be ready to pick up, she did such a good job at what she does! Especially being a female!! I was surprised when I met her, because I’m always use to men working with cars! She’s got my 10 thumbs up! ???????? WAY TO GO JODY!!!
