Pete greeted me promptly and addressed all of my maintenance concerns and recommended a clear plan to meet my needs. He followed up frequently with updates on progress and feedback from service technicians. Maintenance and service issues were addressed promptly and to my complete satisfaction!

As per my usual experience, Aaron offers exemplary service. My dissatisfaction is with the fact that I paid for a brake job (replace front & rear rotors & pads and flush system. The day I drove my EMPTY vehicle home, the brakes squealed horrendously, whether in forward or reverse. I offered my complaint to Aaron who responded, “Ford considers some brake noise as normal.” I have had many brake jobs performed on various vehicles over the years and never had squealing brakes be the outcome. I was sheltering at home during that time and was not using the vehicle, so it was a few weeks before the issue could be revisited. The Tech the rotors were blue and burnished, then theorized had been “using the F150 as if it were an F250”, which is not true. Being as I have had no more than 500 lbs in the truck, my perspective is that a corner was cut during the original brake job. I do not accept that the ensuing “solution” was to “turn the brakes on the lathe”. Now my brand new rotors are compromised and are not what I paid for. All so someone (Ford or the Tech) could save a buck. Apparently retaining a customer is of lesser importance than profit. Aaron is the best service advisor, but Grapevine Ford has lost my confidence and trust.

I had just got a new Lincoln and wanted to make sure that everything was check and repair if need be because I was giving my car to my granddaughter to drive back and forth to school and hopefully it would get her through college. Bob kept it and had it gone through to make sure everything updated. He did a wonderful job.

My car has been ther since sept 21 /2020 and it is still not fixed that is not fair to the customer because my car is part of my work I was told it would take 3 days now it’s a week

Aaron Mcbride has been my only service advisor throughout the ownership of my 2014 Raptor at Grapevine Ford. He displays that rare professionalism between representing Grapvine Ford while also making me feel he is on my team too. Believe me that is important when facing any repair bill at all let alone the 3,200 bill that I had this round. This repair was for the evaporator coil for the air conditioner in my truck. Which meant the entire dash, both front seats, and the center console had to be removed, in other words EVERYTHING but the back seats. This was no easy task but Aaron’s tech Jeremy Camfield was more than up to the task, he got it all taken apart, reassembled quickly all without any lingering issues. To be fair Jeremy Camfield is truly the unsung Hero of this adventure. I can say without a doubt when I take my Raptor in for repairs to Aaron McBride and his team at Grapevine Ford I know it will be well taken care of. Thank you both Aaron McBride and Jeremy Camfield very very much!!!

I made my appointment using the Lincoln ap. I set the appointment a week in advance and I requested zaktek and to fix an issue I am having with my door lock. The day before the appointment I called to make sure that everything was set for my appointment and mentioned both services and was told everything was all set up. When I dropped off my car they said that they had me scheduled for the zaktek service, but no one could even look at my door lock issue for a week and they had no loners available. He said he could have the secretary reschedule my appointment for the door lock when a loner was available and do the zaktek now. When they called me to tell me my car was done he asked if there was anything else he could do. I asked if the appointment was scheduled to fix my door lock. He said he would have someone call me. Still no call. Also, there is a sign in the service area that face masks are required to enter the office area. However, neither of the girls behind the counter had masks on. This made me feel like you are taking measures to protect your employees, but not your customers. I have been a loyal Lincoln customer for a long time, but I am disappointed in my recent service.
