Alfredo is a great guy and a valuable asset to your organization. I grew up owning Ford's and branched out to German brands with a Lexus GS mixed in at one point but came back to Ford because the newer generation F150 provided comparable luxury and serenity with real utility and off-road capability. I get to have my cake and eat it too, with a service advisor who provides equal or better levels of service compared to the German luxury brands.

I use your service department for 12 years and my experience was always top notch. Another story your sales department. I tried to buy a car in your dealership twice. Both times was met with pressure tactics and dirty tricks. For example, your sales folks refused to return a key for my car which they taken “for appraisal” until I actually promised to call police. The experience was awful and I have no appetite to buy a car in your dealership. This is very unfortunate and I have hard time to understand how the same dealer may have so great service department and so “**** Age” sales one.

I was told by the service advisor that I was being put on a waiting list to have my transmimission software updated to correct a rough shifting condition on my 2020 Edge ST (a known issue with a TSB out on it) It has now been about a month since being added to this waiting list and I have not heard from anyone.

Brought Explorer in because of a leaking transmission drain plug. Plug still leaked after service. Took back second time and they replaced the plug like I asked the first service time. Still leaks, took it back a third time, they said another tech would check indicated threads all good and redid plug. It still leaks. I cannot use the vehicle with transmission fluid leaking from drain plug. So 4th appointment tomorrow 9/28 to once again address a simple item. Only reason I took this to Grapevine Ford was due to the sealed transmission and needing to pump fluid through drain plug. Honestly this is joke, if I had not already paid for they service might have choose and alternative service provider. So after tries original problem still exists.

My first oil change was done at 7,500 miles instead of 10,000 miles, because I kept getting messages that my oil change service was overdue. I requested for alignment, balance of tires and it was not done. My next oil change was set at 12,333 miles instead of 17,333 miles. This is not right and must be re-set. Chris has great interpersonal skills but the service was not aligned with specifications of the vehicle. Thank you
