Miguel Luna has great people skills. He is knowledgeable about the inner workings of my vehicle. Miguel listened as I described the problem I was having and then asked appropriate questions to determine the problem. Miguel is passionate about making sure the car owner understands the problem, has all questions answered AND has a ride home!???? Thumbs up & 10 stars for Miguel. P.S. Miguel sends updates daily

Alfredo was outstanding as my Service Advisor! He immediately greeted me upon my scheduled 7:00am appointment. He kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and personally went to the mechanic to find out how much longer was required. He ensured the vehicle was washed and drove it to me. Employees like Alfredo are very rare and he should be commended for his top-notch service!

Miguel did a great job and when the service department determined they didn’t have a tire in stock, requiring me to return, he contacted me as soon as they arrived. I’m addition he worked to make sure I did not have to wait too long during my second visit. He was very personable and “to-date” the nicest service provide I have met.

Service experience was good. No issues there. Disappointed that brand new F150 (<500 miles) needed to be brought in for service in the first place. This is my first Ford. Remains to be seen if it’s my last.

Las service manager, not Arron McBride did what Arona should have done on the first 3 visits. Check to.make sure the work was done. Simple transfer drain plug issue where they kept pinching the O ring causing leaks. 4th time this other service manager talked to shop forman they got the plug in right. He even got under car and took picture for me. Thanks will us him next time I need assistance, not Aarron.

I am not completed satisfied because I wasn’t told about the unavailability of the parts until later in the afternoon when I was supposed to pick up my car. I should be notified regarding this issue a couple of hours after I dropped off my car so I don’t have to struggle finding a solution late in the afternoon after finding out my car won’t be ready as I was not available to bring it back the next Monday.
