Pete and the work on my truck was great however, the Lyft service had a serious issue. Pete called and said the truck was done and he’d get the Lyft on the way. 45 minutes later no Lyft, so I called and talked to several people about needing to get picked up, they said a Lyft would pick me up soon. About 20 minutes later I received several confusing texts, then one that said a driver was on the way. After 10 minutes another text saying the driver had arrived, no one arrived, then another text saying a different driver had arrived. I called Uber and got my own ride, pretty frustrating.
The service and customer care was excellent in this location and I'm looking forward to purchase a F350 for my business....

At first we were told our Canadian truck would not be under warranty & would take 2 weeks. I had to make a lot of phone calls to rectify this.
