Mark Filler was absolutely AMAZING! He was very patient, kind and explained everything. My experience with Mark has been one of the BEST experiences I’ve had in a very long time! I scheduled my vehicle to be picked up at 10 AM, because that’s what worked for me. The day of, I got a text from the driver that they will arrive at 9 AM. I said that did not work because I wouldn’t be back from dropping my daughter off until 9:30 AM. She said okay and that she would be at 9 AM. I felt very rushed but managed to get back by 9 AM, only for her to arrive at 9:30 AM. Around 4 PM, I hadn’t heard anything yet. I responded to the text number asking when my car would be dropped off, but didn’t hear anything back. I called the service department and no one answered. I called again and left a message with a lady who said someone would call me back. I hadn’t heard back in an hour so I called again and finally got ahold of someone. Only to find out that my car had not been worked on yet and would be returned the following day. I was left with no car either. Bob called again letting me know they were working on it that night and it would be returned the next morning, and that he would call me in the morning to let me know when it would be brought back to me. The next day I did not receive a phone call until the driver arrived with my car. This was a very frustrating experience. I did not feel valued. I felt like an inconvenience to Lincoln. I was uninformed and left without a vehicle for 24 hours.

Tyler was professional, personable, and demonstrated servant leadership. His interaction with customers is one hardly seen with in customer service as he wants to get to know people...not just see a swipe of the card and said “have a good day”.

Thank you Jason for the excellent, professional service you and your team provided. I just have to say I very much appreciate Grapevine Ford. My first car was purchased from your location in 2009, and I have used this location exclusively for my Ford maintenance while in Texas. Unfortunately, I had moved to California where I purchased my current Ford. I say unfortunately because the quality of Ford services in California are mediocre, and I had lost faith in the Ford family. But it was a refreshing experience to be back at Grapevine Ford for my tire replacement. Thank you for restoring my trust, and I intend to purchase my next Ford from Grapevine Ford only. Again, thank you!
