I am moving and on road with trailer full of house furniture. Mark was checking with mechanic before even writing me up to see if part was available. Long story short an hour and ten minutes later I was on the road again. Thank you Mark for your help and expertise in a difficult position. When you are traveling it’s good to have a full service dealer to help you out. Thanks again. Job well done.

Aaron did a great job. Was very friendly....made me feel like I was an important customer, even though the work on my truck was at no charge ( Safety recalls). I did not get treated that way when I called 5 Star Ford....which is much closer to my house. I will continue to give my business to GV Ford in the future.

Stop sending surveys. I keep coming back because I am overall completely satisfied with GV Ford & Lincoln. My return business should indicate my satisfaction with all aspects of this dealership, otherwise I would go somewhere else.
My vehicle is less than 2 years old. Due to the battery being disconnected for other maintenance there was not enough data to pass the emissions inspection for state inspection. Effing ****! There should have been thousands of miles of data with only a 15-20 mile period missing since I drove the vehicle from one shop to yours!! I’m only satisfied because the rules were followed, but this lack of data tracking is ****. Amazon can figure out and track all my clicks, but Ford can’t store emissions data mile for mile. I hate having my time wasted. It has me losing trust in the service ability of the truck and Ford locations. You are welcome to call me to discuss. I was **** pissed, as you can tell.
