I appreciate the time spent replacing the seat and roof of my brand new vehicle. It was even delivered to my place of work! When I received it, however, the vehicle was covered in a film of dirt/dust. My rear windshield wiper had tape on it. When I removed the tape, the adhesive remained and I now have to purchase goo-gone to remove it. Also, the driver seat was dirty.

It's really a story of missed expectations.
First I go to set an "appointment" using the Ford app for 10am. When I arrive at 10am I'm told they can't look at a steering issue today as I would have to leave my car. OK. So then I am asked if I want to wait for use "the shuttle". I say I want to wait (I made an appointment). I'm told they are very busy and that I should take "the shuttle". OK...whatever. I'm led out to the curb where a lyft comes to pick me up. When I pick up the car I am pleasantly surprise to find out I have "award points" so the 10,000 mile service is covered. Great. I look over the paperwork and it says the van was washed, but it wasn't likely because it is a high roof van I am guessing, but nothing was said. Then, when I pull out on to 121 the I get a warning that my washer fluid is low. Hmmm. Now I am wondering if I got "my money's worth" as it said on the service paperwork that "fluids are topped off". No net net, my schedule was disrupted as it seems I did not really have "an appointment" and now I am unsure what was inspected or topped off, etc. I hope this feedback can help you guys do better as I plan to own this Ford for a long time and you are .5 miles from my home. I don't really want to find another dealer/service provider. This is why I bought from Grapevine Ford.
