was given 4 hr time frame to complete the repair but took nearly 6 hrs and still haven't received my receipt for the work done as Mr walker said he would email me once lincoln approved it and was not given the car wash most customers receive just so he could get me out of service.
I checked behind your work. My ask was simple, change the battery. What impressed me was he technician used a terminal protection kit and terminal grease. In my mind, your technician treated my car like it was his. Thank you.

Alfredo was very professional and even went above and beyond today. My tire was severely damaged. He gave me options for a new tire to replace it. I chose to go to Goodyear for that is where my Father retired from and didn’t hassle me and they even changed and put my spare on for me. You guys are great. Thank You!!!

Alfredo has always been my go to guy! He is outstanding with Customer Service, thorough with his work and always takes care of me. I would probably stop coming there is Alfredo wasn’t there.
Miguel was very good. However, GF should provide an enhanced service experienced for customers that own high end vehicles. Also, I paid 100% more for my tune-up than at my local automotive shop.

I came in for my 60,000 mile oil change and I worked with Alfredo as always it was a great experience everything worked out. I finally got a long-standing issue resolved with my Tonneau cover and my Dirtbike/ ATV ramps on my 2015 Ford F150. I am one one of the few F150 owners that opted for the ramps and I’m very happy with the results.

Great job by Jody. She did exactly what she said she was going to do and communicated throughout the process. This is the fourth truck I've bought from Grapevine Ford and with service like this, I will be back for another.
