It was not Kevin. I thought you washed the exterior before returning it? Also you did not even read the text I sent. My display blacked out again the day after I picked it up and sent you a photo. I had a serious concern about getting 13.9- 14.2 mPg but obviously you don’t care or just blame the customer who spent a lot of money with you and have purchased multiple vehicles through you. I get horrible mileage, already a major recall, transmission fluid on my garage floor you don’t wash the outside of the car. Do you need me to send you a copy of Sewell’s book? Not a happy camper but I doubt you care or will even read this! You have my money!

Communication seems to be a challenge. When I spoke to Miguel it was my understanding things were fixed. When I came to pick up my car I was told parts were ordered. I would’ve probably left the vehicle to finish the work if I’d know parts would be there in 1-2 days.
Bob is a great Service Advisor, always keeps me posted.
