Mr Walker was very pleasant and thorough. Job was completed. My only issue was with your computer system, your team took a long time to apply my points to my transaction. Also had issues with your phone system.

Pete Roshelle always goes above and beyond to make sure I am updated as to status of vehicle service. He will always be my go to service writer.
As for service techs, while they get most everything done, they need to be more cognizant of not leaving greasy oily hand prints on doors and fenders.

Asked to have a service bulletin performed and tech refused but was willing to tear into my newly rebuilt transmission for a heavy fee. Ended up taking to new dealership to get it resolved the same day. We will also be purchasing two vehicles this week and will NOT be back to shop at Grapevine Ford. Service advisor was no assistance.
