Jody was amazing. Unfortunately, I had to bring my vehicle back on 11/27/2020 because of an issue caused by the 30,000 mile service completed on 11/23/2020. I hope that it is repaired and does not become an issue for the future.

I was told the repair might take 3 days, but it took 7 days. I was told the reason was because of supply/distribution delays for the recall replacement part. It would have been better to have ordered the part and not have me bring my vehicle in until the part had been delivered.

Had to find my own part because Grapevine Ford did not have it in stock. Your inventory manager needs to do a better job keeping parts in stock as many other dealerships had it.
