Tyler did a great job. I have very low expectations when I come to service my vehicle but Tyler did an awesome job. He was energetic, engaging, asked me how my day had been and what I had planned for the rest of the day. He showed appreciation (and not in a superficial, because he had to say) He made a very mundane process a pleasant one. I work with clients everyday so I what is takes to make them happy...Tyler did that!

Christopher did a great job staying in touch and keeping me updated regarding the inspection and repairs. I must say though I am frequently disappointed with the amount of time it takes to get work done. Which is absolutely no reflection on Christopher.
I really appreciated Tyler's Excellent service. when my appointment could not be located he went right to work. Located my schedule appointment. My vehicle had all the needed work performed quickly and delivered back to me. He also kept me abreast on what was going on while I waited and I got a free car wash also. I have purchased My vehicle from Grapevine Ford on a 2 years cycle and Mr. Chase Gilmore will hear about the service I got from Tyler. Thanks Ken H
