After my 75K mile service, he even got a lug nut since one of mine was missing it’s cover! Note: Given what l seen with the last few tire rotations, why don’t they have a extra supply of these in the shops? Apparently it’s quite common for these to split apart? Or fail down the torque on the air guns?

Alfredo was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint is we had a 10:00 appointment and it took 2 hours to just get an oil change and filter. I feel that the appointment was a waste!
